Why does it take 15-30 days to receive my order?
Our STANDARD SHIPPING items ship from China through normal boring standard mail. It's slow but it's also cheap. It will arrive in your mailbox.
Where do you ship from?
All [Standard shipping] items shipped from China.
*All [Standard shipping] packages are subject to customs inspection.
[United States Priority] Are shipped from within the United States.
The majority of STANDARD SHIP items arrive within 12-15 business days.
Shipment to take as long as 30 days depending on the location, customs and processing.
[What will my package look like?]
Look for a small shipping envelope from China. You will not see Panthera Lux logos. This is a cost saving measure until we can grow our supply line.
I change my mind, can I cancel my order?
We understand customers have second thoughts. However, at this time we cannot offer refunds on orders that have shipped until delivery is completed or 30 days has passed.
If I ordered multiple products, will they arrive all at once or separate?
We do work with a few different suppliers for the many items we sell. Most often your items will arrive together, but there are times when they may arrive separately.
My tracking code hasn't updated! / Where's my stuff!?
Tracking emails sent when the package is ready for shipment. It may take up to 3-5 days for the information to update. This is normal.
I gave it time. It's been 30 days and I don't have my package!
